Our client is a fast-growing European company whose HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS and sustained INNOVATION has made it a leader in the plastics industry. Due to further growth we are searching for an experienced and DYNAMIC LEADER to take over all aspects of STRATEGIC and OPERATIONAL management of the production site in SPAIN.
With SALES as your primary focus, you will identify new BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES and develop effective SALES and MARKET STRATEGIES to be implemented along with your team. You will also be responsible for OPTIMIZING internal processes, adapting them according to group-wide standards. Your strong organizational skills, inter-personal know-how and empathy will support you in motivating your team to strive for successful results. With PROFITABLE GROWTH as your foremost goal, you will assume full RESPONSABILITY for branch performance, while never losing sight of QUALITY objectives and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Suitable candidates have completed a university degree and bring solid experience, preferably SALES-RELATED, in the PLASTICS and/or CHEMICAL INDUSTRY. You are RESULT-ORIENTATED and an assertive decision-maker, but also a team-builder, bringing the necessary sensitivity and charisma required for a leadership role in an intercultural environment. Fluency in ENGLISH and SPANISH is essential, knowledge in GERMAN is valued.
