General statement and obligation of information

(Data privacy statement)

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations. In this privacy policy we inform you about our data processing in our business activities.

Contact and Data Storage
The purpose of our automated data processing is to provide contact information and other data between potential employers – our customers – and people seeking a new employment. Without your explicit consent, your data will never be disclosed to third parties.

If you send us an application by e-mail, we are going to provide you with a link, which we will send per e-mail, where you can consent to have the data transmitted to LEADING SEARCH PARTNERS stored and automatically processed for up to twenty-four months, by going through a double opt-in-procedure. To do so, you must click on the corresponding approval link in the previously mentioned e-mail message. A browser window is going to open, your explicit consent is given by clicking on the accordingly labelled button.

This consent further enables LEADING SEARCH PARTNERS to provide you with information about interesting and viable job openings, by means of telephone, e-mail and other means of communication, such as social media, within the twenty-four months of storage.

The following data categories will be stored with us, after you consent to the data processing of your application documents:

  • first and last name, further names
  • date of birth
  • address
  • further contact details
  • current and former employment or employer(s)
  • length of current and former employment
  • current and former education
  • length of previous and current training, further education
  • language skills
  • amount of current, and expected, income
  • personal documents such as CV, certificates, letters of reference, photos
  • all previous communication with the applicant
  • your given consent to store the data

The data provided by you is required to fulfil contracts or to carry out pre-contractual measures with our customers. Without these data sets, we cannot offer our services to our customers, or to you as an applicant. If you do not give us your consent, we are obliged to delete your data, whereby we will no longer process and consider your application(s) and will not be able to contact you in the future with suitable projects.

The legal basis for the processing of the data are our business licenses for recruiting services, as well as the statutory provisions of § 96 Abs. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessities to fulfil a contract) and/or lit f (preservation of the legitimate interests of the person responsible) of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and § 132 BAO (books and records) and § 190, 212 UGB (keeping the books, storage obligation, retention period).

Deletion of your data

At any time you may withdraw your consent to the processing and storage of your data in writing or by e-mail, and/or request the deletion of your personal data from our database (see section Your rights). We shall then delete your data and confirm this by sending you an e-mail.

For our documentation and as proof of deletion, the following data shall remain in our database until the expiration of all legal deadlines:

  • Last name, first name, e-mail address
  • Your request to delete your data
  • As proof, the copy of the confirmation e-mail

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit it. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow you to analyse the usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or as far as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will never associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; However, please be aware that in this case you may not be able to fully use all the features of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google, in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter by sending us an e-mail to office@leadingsearchpartners.com. For this, we need your name, your e-mail address and your consent that you agree to receive the newsletter.

You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. For that, please send another message to office@leadingsearchpartners.com where you state your intention. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatchment.

Your rights
You have the right to inform yourself about any data stored about you in our database, to correct, delete that data, limit the data’s portability, revoke your consent to store the data or oppose the details of your data. We assure you a most legal handling of your data, and we are always available for your questions and requests.
