We are mandated to identify a senior business development leader for the UK market. In this KEY ROLE, you will shape and drive the company’s growth strategy in the UK. You will identify and develop NEW MARKET OPPORTUNITIES and build, manage and expand strategic customer relationships and partnerships. Developing business cases and go-to-market strategies and new solution concepts will also be part of your role. You will analyse markets, competitors and trends and monitor KPIs and translate insights into commercial actions. By leading a Business Development team, you will play a CENTRAL ROLE in strengthening the company’s top-tier market position in the UK.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation or a related supply chain technology sector. This background is essential. You have a strong track record in Business Development and have already led teams successfully. You have an established professional network in the UK logistics or automation market because the role is based in the UK and are deeply familiar with the local market. You think entrepreneurially, act with a CHALLENGER MINDSET and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
